Responsibilities
• Assist Senior Mechanics: Collaborate with experienced bicycle mechanics to support repair and maintenance tasks.
• Bicycle Assembly: Assemble new bicycles, ensuring they meet quality standards and safety regulations.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on bicycles, including adjustments, lubrication, and part replacements.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers, providing assistance and information regarding bicycle products and services.
• Diagnose and Repair Issues: Identify and troubleshoot problems with bicycles, providing effective solutions and communicating with customers regarding repairs.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, keeping track of parts and supplies, and ensuring proper organization within the shop.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the workshop area clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Learning and Development: Stay updated on new bicycle technologies and industry trends, and participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
