Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks and Amazon Vendor Central accounting. Responsibilities include managing invoices, performing account reconciliation, and streamlining financial processes. 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and e-commerce is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Handle Amazon Vendor Central invoices, payments, and financial records.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and assist in monthly financial close.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, with strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central is preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce accounting is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
