Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Azure Training: Conduct engaging, in-depth part-time training sessions on Microsoft Azure, covering cloud infrastructure, services, and deployment models.
• Course Content Development: Assist in designing and customizing training materials, labs, and case studies to meet the needs of college students.
• Hands-On Labs: Guide students through practical exercises, demonstrating the use of Azure tools such as Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure Functions, Networking, and Storage.
• Certification Guidance: Prepare students for Azure certifications or other relevant certification exams.
• Mentoring and Support: Provide one-on-one or group support to students, helping them understand complex topics and guiding them through practical exercises.
• Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student progress through quizzes, projects, and assessments, offering constructive feedback to improve their learning experience.
• Industry Insights: Share real-world applications of Azure and cloud computing, helping students understand its importance in different industries.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Azure features and updates to ensure training content remains current and aligned with industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience:
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure.
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred, especially with college students or professionals.
• Certifications:
• Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (AZ-+00) required.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in core Azure services like Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Azure automation tools such as PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, cloud security, and cost optimization strategies.
• Teaching Skills:
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Practical teaching approach with an emphasis on hands-on learning and real-world scenarios.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with students.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage part-time training hours and ensure timely delivery of course content.
• Preferred:
• Prior Experience: Experience in delivering technical training at an educational institution or corporate training environment.
• Industry experience in cloud-based solutions or Azure-related projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Azure cloud automation tools.
