Customer Service Officer

In an ever growing team, Neutrog is looking for an additional Customer Service Officer to join the team on a full-time basis. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a close, professional team as we continue our expansion of the team.

In a dynamic workplace, this role is offering plenty of variety and opportunity to flex your skills, where your expert customer service skills will be highly regarded.

As a key team player, these roles are hands on when it comes to the expert care to our loyal customers. Be it on the phone, helping process orders and invoices or supporting the team to improve processes and practices, you will have an opportunity to contribute to a range of activities.

About You

Coming into this team we’re looking for someone who feels really at home in a fast-paced, transactional environment, likes to take ownership of their role while also being able to help and be flexible when others need support.

This is a role for a genuine team person who likes developing relationships with their co-workers, suppliers and customers and brings a positive enthusiastic energy and attitude with the ability to laugh through even the busiest of days.

In this environment, there are some skills that are important in helping you to succeed:

Experience in the MS Office Suite and other business software (NAV, CRM, WooCommerce) or a quick learner
Proactive, reliable problem solver
Good attention to detail while following processes through to completion
Proactive approach and passion for customers with good time management skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and focus in an open office environment

The Customer Service Team operates across 7am till 5pm so some some flexibility around a roster will be required.
