Global Finance Accounting Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for global accounting, treasury, and tax operations, and reports to the Managing Director. He/she is also responsible for the financial health of a company or organization, producing financial reports and developing strategies, and guiding the managing director and team leaders in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.

Accounting Responsibilities:
• Carry out day-to-day bookkeeping operations of the group of companies, such as invoicing, back-to-back orders, and other transactions
• Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting
• Prepare necessary entries to properly reflect monthly results
• Prepare monthly balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Producing financial reports related to account payables, account receivables, expenses, budgets, etc.
• Drive accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing
• Manage a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

Treasury Responsibilities:
• Monitor the company’s daily cash position
• Drive the collection of receivables from clients
• Issue FX rates to accounts team for sales estimates
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
• Present financial reports to managing director and team leaders
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
• Perform bank clearing and bank account reconciliation

Tax Responsibilities:
• Liaise with external parties for tax preparation, auditing, banking, and other financial needs as necessary
• Assess the chargeable gains and losses of the group of companies, as well as capital gain tax liabilities
• Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
• Bachelor’s Degree with Accounting or Finance Major or other similar majors
• Excellent English speaker, practical judgment, mature, good interpersonal skills, good planner, well-organized and analytical.
• Equipped with good communication and negotiation skills – both written and verbal and the ability to develop strong working relationships
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Working knowledge of cloud accounting software would be an added advantage
• Accounting certifications and experience of working in an agency is a plus
• Required full set of accounting knowledge and possess leadership experience
• Meticulous and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite, in particular Excel as well as Google Suite

Pay: From ₹62,500.00 per month
