Responsibilities:
• Design and develop comprehensive training courses on various subjects including IT, Non-IT, recruitment, AI, and software development.
• Create course content such as presentations, video tutorials, quizzes, and assessments in formats suitable for online learning platforms (Moodle, SharePoint, or similar).
• Ensure that training materials are interactive, practical, and align with industry standards and organizational needs.
• Conduct live or recorded training sessions, webinars, and workshops as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their training needs and incorporate feedback into course design.
• Continuously update course content to reflect the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Develop clear learning objectives and outcomes for each course.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in course creation and instructional design, preferably in IT, AI, recruitment, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms like Moodle, SharePoint, or other LMS systems.
• Ability to develop interactive content using tools such as H5P, Camtasia, Articulate, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with video editing software for creating high-quality recorded lectures and tutorials.
• Familiarity with industry-standard certifications and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile, AI, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in developing course materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
