One of the area's top diverse commercial General Contractor is looking for a talented Architect to join their thriving team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture, with a focus on design, project management, and collaboration with construction teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute architectural designs for commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and models using CAD software.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's in Architecture
• Professional licensing (e.g., AIA) preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial architecture, including project management.
• Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
