Debug | Repair Technician |Chinese Speaker

Job Summary:

We are looking for a debug technician, who has good server repair experience to perform server repair job. L10-L11 Server assembled experience is preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Conduct repair for all server products to meet commercial standards and customer satisfaction.
• Final testing for all server products in finished goods condition.
• Daily output: 10, then 15/day after 3 months.
• Report/ Record any defective parts to shopfloor Database.
• Work with test engineering team to analyze root cause.
• Work independently. Qty 3-4/H. Low repair return. Read troubleshooting for dependent model.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other technicians, assisting them in resolving challenging repair issues and improving their skillsets.

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Good knowledge on PC, system, server repair, and troubleshooting.
• Experienced in PC/System, server repair and testing skills.
• OA software: Microsoft suite (word/excel, etc.)
• Software skills in Windows or Linux.
• Team player.
• Self-motivated and can work independently.
• Able to lift 50 pounds of weight.

Education and Experience:

High school certificate or equivalent repair experience, college preferred.
