Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Cold Caller with excellent communication skills to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, strong written and spoken English skills, and be proficient with relevant tools. The role involves reaching out to potential leads, scheduling appointments, and providing essential support in lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate industry.
• Engage with leads, answer inquiries, and set appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in Excel.
• Use PriceFinder to research contacts and phone numbers.
• Report on daily/weekly progress to the team.

Requirements:
• Fluency in spoken and written English with a strong grasp of grammar.
• Excellent communication skills, with a preference for candidates with a non-heavy accent.
• Proficient in using tools such as Zoom, PriceFinder, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in real estate cold calling is an advantage but not required.

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS :

- Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.

- Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).

- Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher).

- Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).

- Headset with microphone for clear communication.

- Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.

- Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.

- Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
