HCC Coder (Work From Home - Contract to Hire)

Do you have experience with HCC coding and want a work-from-home opportunity?

We are looking for certified HCC coders to join our 6-month work-from-home project. This is a contract-to-hire position, with the opportunity to be brought onto the client's payroll after a successful project term.

Responsibilities:
• Review and code medical records using HCC guidelines.
• Meet daily and monthly productivity targets (minimum 30 charts per day).
• Maintain high coding accuracy.

Benefits:
• Work from home with a dedicated system provided (cannot be used for personal work).
• Per-chart pay model (₹50 per chart) for the initial 6 months.
• Potential for full-time hire with the client after successful project completion (based on performance).
• Flexible work schedule (within designated working hours).

Requirements:
• Certified HCC coder (minimum 6 months experience).
• Strong understanding of HCC coding guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Dedicated computer system for project use only (or willingness to rent one).

Work Schedule:
• Full-time commitment required (minimum 8 hours daily or time needed to meet targets).
• Flexible work hours are available, but you must designate your working schedule (e.g., mornings, evenings, split shift).
• Support staff is available during designated working hours.

Please note: This project requires a dedicated system for work purposes only. You are welcome to rent a system for this project if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹47,042.10 per month

License/Certification:
• CPC, CIC, COC (Preferred)
