We are seeking a skilled Google Account Specialist in India to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have experience with Google policies and account management, specifically setting up Google Guaranteed accounts and Google Business Profiles.

Role Overview:

As a Google Account Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up Google Guaranteed accounts and Google Business Profiles, ensuring all accounts comply with Google’s policies. The role involves working closely with UK-based clients, managing the setup process during UK business hours or starting early to align with UK time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage Google Guaranteed accounts and Google Business Profiles.
• Ensure all accounts meet Google’s policies and compliance requirements.
• Verify business information and handle required documentation during setup.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to account setup, verification, and policy compliance.
• Communicate effectively in English with clients to guide them through the process.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in setting up Google Guaranteed accounts and Google Business Profiles.
• In-depth knowledge of Google policies and compliance requirements.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work UK business hours (+ AM to 5 PM GMT) or start early to accommodate UK time.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
