We are a fast-growing supplements brand with around 10 SKUs, dedicated to delivering high-quality, health-enhancing products. We are seeking an experienced Financial Modeler to create a comprehensive 3-year forecast that reflects our business dynamics and follows UK accounting standards.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate will build a detailed 3-year financial model based on 1 year of historical data. The model should include (in one excel file):
• Profit and Loss Statement
• Balance Sheet
• Cashflow Statement
• All working tabs for inputs and data

The model must be dynamic, incorporating key business factors such as stock sell-through rates, replenishment, and the timing of new product launches. The final output will be in Excel and must account for UK-specific regulations, including VAT and Corporation Tax.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in financial modeling, specifically in forecasting
• Ability to build dynamic models that allow for adjustments in timing of new product launches, stock replenishment, hires, traffic and other key metrics that drive the model
• UK accounting standards knowledge, including VAT and Corporation Tax
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Previous experience with retail or consumer goods businesses, ideally with inventory and SKU management
• Availability to complete the project within 7-10 days
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively and present model assumptions

Deliverables:
• A fully functional and dynamic 3-year financial model that includes:
• Profit and Loss
• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow
• Stock sell-through and replenishment tracking integrated with forecasts
• Adjustable levers for product launch timing and other business variables
• Clear documentation of assumptions used in the model

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £15.00-£30.00 per hour
