Are you interested in the lives of the elderly and do you have excellent management skills. This medium 80 bed Rest-home, Dementia and Hospital is looking for an experienced Care Home Manager

About our client:

Our client is looking for a loyal experienced, Facility Nurse Manager who has excellent communication and people skills and a dynamic personality.
This role reports to the Area Manager and is supported by an experienced clinical and administration team.
We are seeking for someone who has exceptional management skills, an optimistic perspective, who is approachable, has good sense of humour, someone who can work within a team environment, and is quality driven.



About this role:

This is a role for an experienced Nurse /Care Home Manager.
Someone who has a real passion for working in Aged Care and who has previous aged care experience.
You will be responsible for the Facility leadership, selling the Occupancy and concept and risk Quality Management.
With the Financial Management you will ensure that this is within the specified budget to obtain profitability.



Benefits:

Generous salary.
Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm



Skills and Experience needed:

Post graduate studies in Management Nursing e.g. Gerontology, Business Studies an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years Residential Aged Care Facility experience;
Proven ability to successfully lead and manage teams in the healthcare sector.
Excellent customer relationship, selling skills and people management skills.
Must be in NZ and be a NZ citizen or permanent resident.
