Summary

Job Description:
• The main function of a holiday helper is to assemble and install holiday decorations in customers’ facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
• Refurbish/redecorate repeat holiday orders from previous seasons to return them to like-new condition to ensure subsequent installation goes as smoothly as possible
• Assemble and decorate new holiday orders per the specifications of each order.
• Work within warehouse facilities and on customer worksites.
• Install and service interior plant displays, flowers, replica foliage, holiday decor, ambient scenting and stunning wall art for commercial businesses.

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage one’s time.
• Ability to work on ladders and scissor lifts.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly.
• Previous experience with design.

Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years experience.
• Possibility for extension after 3 months. M-F 8:30-5pm, possibility of OT and an occasional weekend.
• Looking for someone who is creative and is able to replicate designs created by the manager and her team.
• Will be using a box cutter, might be on 8-10 foot ladders during the install season.
• Need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Will be a passenger in a vehicle.
• Need to be able to take direction and be a team player.
• Fast paced environment, will be on their feet. Facility will provide non-slip shoes.
