Job Description:
· Deep Knowledge and understanding of Oracle HCM Table Architecture on any 3 of Core HR, Absence, Payroll & Time & Labor modules.
· Deep Knowledge and Hands on experience in writing complex fast formulas for Payroll, Absence & Time & Labor modules.
· Hands on experience in writing Complex SQL queries, Value-sets etc.
· Should be able to able to do, requirement analysis, prepare Technical Design, Complete Build & Unit Test, Functional & Client testing support etc.
· Should be able to, ask clarification questions and handle client well.
· Should be able to co-ordinate with Functional team and Client to ensure required clarifications are closed and there are no open issues.
· Should be able to timely & proactively report, issues, challenges, risks, status etc. to Project Manager.
· Able to analyze and resolve complex HCM Tech issues self.
· Should be an Individual Contributor who can self drive the things."

Oracle Cloud R2R (Record to Report) Support - FAH (Financial Accounting Hub) or Joint Venture Management - Individual Contributor Role:
Job Description:
Oracle Cloud Support:
• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud Financials, primarily focusing on FAH or Joint Venture Management modules.
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues in the R2R process.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to address and resolve issues quickly.
Financial Accounting Hub (FAH):
• Configure and support FAH to ensure correct data flow from sub-ledgers to general ledger.
• Assist in integration, automation, and reconciliation tasks using Oracle FAH.
• Ensure accurate data mapping and validation, adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Joint Venture Management (JVM):
• Manage and support Oracle Cloud's Joint Venture Management module, including defining and maintaining venture agreements.
• Reconcile joint venture transactions, allocations, and financial reporting.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to cost allocation, revenue recognition, and inter-company transactions.
Process Optimization:
• Identify process gaps and areas for improvement within the R2R workflow.
• Assist in system enhancement projects, testing new configurations, and ensuring effective rollouts.
Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure R2R processes comply with internal control standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Generate and analyze financial reports related to FAH or JVM modules for internal/external stakeholders.
