Training Consultant

Job Description:
• Ensuring that customer feedback is integrated and addressed effectively. Demonstrating confidence.
• It is essential to possess comprehensive instructional knowledge to design a well-structured training program. This includes the development of EIDS training modules, courses, and classes that will be implemented across 600 sites, including air traffic control towers and similar facilities.
• Required to be an academically trained Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) e.g. M.S.Ed. in Instructional Systems Design
• Ability to translate technical and complex design information into user-friendly E-IDS Web-Based Training (WBT) training material
• Experience in 365 Suite, Visio or graphic editor, Articulate Storyline 360 or equivalent animated WBT
• Demonstrated ability to review and provide editorial comments for content developed by other team members
• Experience in one of the four FAA subject areas
