Job Title: Qualified Solicitor / Associate (5-8 years PQE) – Commercial Dispute Resolution
Location: Preston, North West England
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced solicitor with a passion for commercial dispute resolution? Our client, a well-established firm with offices across the North West of England, is looking to recruit a dynamic and qualified solicitor/associate with 5-8 years PQE to join their growing team in Preston.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage an existing caseload of commercial dispute resolution matters, ensuring clients receive top-tier legal advice.
• Provide support and guidance to senior fee earners, trainees, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with team members on complex cases, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Liaise with clients, advising on a broad range of commercial disputes including breach of contract, professional negligence, and shareholder disputes.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation.

Essential Requirements:
• 5-8 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE) with a strong focus on commercial dispute resolution.
• Proven track record of handling a varied caseload, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster client relationships and work collaboratively with the wider team.
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members, contributing to the overall growth and development of the department.
