Key Responsiblities

· Develop and implement shifting schedules and plans to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.

· Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and other relevant teams to streamline shifting operations
• Monitor and adjust shifting plans as needed to address any issues or delays.

· Oversee the execution of shifting tasks, including loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the facility.

· Ensure proper handling and placement of goods to prevent damage and optimize space utilization.

· Maintain accurate records of goods movements and inventory levels.

· Supervise and lead a team of shift operators and other warehouse personnel.

· Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for shifting operations.

· Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues.

· Ensure all shifting operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

· Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Maintain compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

· Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shifting operations.

· Investigate and troubleshoot operational problems, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.

· Prepare and submit regular reports on shifting activities, performance metrics, and any incidents.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to goods movements and operational procedures.

· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to apply innovative solutions to shifting operations.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduation or Postgrad a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using logistics and warehouse management software.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Remarks- Day and Night Shift.

Working Hours- 12Hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹204,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
