Django Full Stack Developer

Job description
We are looking for a skilled Django Full Stack Developer to join our remote team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, Django, and React, with experience in implementing AI and machine learning features.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Django-based web applications.
• Build user-friendly frontends using React.
• Implement AI and machine learning features using Python libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and React.
• Experience with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work with some overlap in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
