We are seeking a Facilities Support Lead to join our team at Disney. As the Facilities Support Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of our facilities to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the facilities management team to coordinate maintenance projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in facilities management.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Previous experience in facilities management

3. Strong organizational and time management skills

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

7. Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee maintenance and operations of facilities

2. Coordinate maintenance projects and repairs

3. Manage vendor relationships and contracts

4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations

5. Develop and implement maintenance schedules

6. Train and supervise facilities support staff

7. Monitor budget and expenses related to facilities management

Educational Qualifications:
