Basic Requirements to apply Picker / Packer Job:

• Any undergraduate fresher can apply

• 10th or 8th pass with local language speak and understanding

• Ready to work over time if required

• Retail or customer service experience is plus point

Responsibility as a Picker Job

• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.

• Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.

• Operates various pieces of equipment if needed as per warehouse support job.

• Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.

Responsibility as a Packer Job

• Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.

• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.

• Reports any mechanical problems.

• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

• At all, Performs other duties as assigned.
