Qualifications
Requires a minimum of three (3) years of work-related experience in a RIA (Registered Investment Advisor)
Previous experience using custodian platforms including NETX360
Previous experience using reporting systems such as ORION or Addepar
Excellent attention to detail, self-started and driven
Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize
Customer service attitude, team player and proactive
Ability to work under pressure and time bound projects
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge in the operation of laptops/desktops and Microsoft platforms/software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
The Operations Associate for Insigneo’ s RIA has the responsibility of providing operations, onboarding, reporting and client assistance to Insigneo’ s Financial Advisors
Reviews account opening documentation making sure it complies with regulatory guidelines
Maintains, responds, and updates custodian requirements for account opening and translates in a clear manner to advisors
Sets-up clients in internal systems platforms for reporting purposes
Reviews systems data for reconciliation purposes
Inputs billing templates in the system
Creates, reviews, and distributes invoices for Advisory Fees
Downloads reports form custodians on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for purposes of data records keeping such as balances/holdings/billing
Support with general inquiries from clients
Ongoing training and information sharing with clients
Serve as liaison between the custodian and clients/advisors

• Reviews account opening documentation making sure it complies with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintains, responds, and updates custodian requirements for account opening and translates in a clear manner to advisors.
• Sets-up clients in internal systems platforms for reporting purposes.
• Reviews systems data for reconciliation purposes.
• Inputs billing templates in the system.
• Creates, reviews, and distributes invoices for Advisory Fees.
• Downloads reports form custodians on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for purposes of data records keeping such as balances/holdings/billing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND CAPABILITIES)
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or related field preferred.
• Requires a minimum of three (3) years of work-related experience in a RIA (Registered Investment Advisor).
• FINRA Series 7 or 65 licenses desired.
• Previous experience using custodian platforms including NETX360.
• Previous experience using reporting systems such as ORION or Addepar.
• Excellent attention to detail, self-started and driven.
