Part Time | Accounts Administration

32 Degrees Building are multi award winning specialists in second storey additions, ground floor extensions and renovations.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is interested in continuing a career in accounts administration. This is an office based part-time role, 3 days a week Weds - Fri +am-5pm

Job Role:

Assist with the day-to-day duties within the Accounts and Administration Team

Duties include but are not limited to:

Data entry of invoices using MYOB
Maintaining the filing system
Answering phones
Addressing emails
Monitoring and replenishing stationery stock as needed
Maintaining staff amenities
Maintaining procedures
What we are looking for:

Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts administration
Demonstrated experience with MYOB accounting software
A self motivated individual that is;
Willing to show up and be a part of the team
Enthusiastic, polite and friendly
Looking to gain experience in an office admin/accounts environment
Must have a high level of english numeracy and literacy - spelling, grammar, punctuation and formatting of documentation;
You will have a positive attitude, respect for others and a genuine excitement to help people;
Strong time management skills;
A high attention to detail;
Strong ability working with Windows computer operating system and MS office
