Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

Lead and mentor a team of Power BI developers and analysts.

Oversee the full lifecycle of BI projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Ensure team adherence to best practices and development standards.

Project Management:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop project plans and schedules; track project progress and adjust as needed.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.

Technical Development:

Design, develop, and implement Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.

Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability.

Integrate Power BI with other data sources and systems.

Data Analysis & Strategy:

Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and trends.

Collaborate with business units to understand their analytical needs and provide solutions.

Develop data governance and quality assurance processes.

Collaboration & Communication:

Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users.

Serve as a subject matter expert on Power BI and related technologies.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

Propose and implement improvements to existing BI processes and tools.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related fields.

5+ years of experience leading BI projects and managing teams.

Proven experience with Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation.

Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.

Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques.

Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
