Workday HCM Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable Workday HCM Specialist to join our team and contribute to our projects.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and managing Workday HCM modules, particularly in recruitment and talent management.

Requirements

2+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including Recruiting and Talent Management modules.
Strong understanding of HCM best practices and configurations.
Experience with Workday Studio and/or SOAP APIs is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and training skills.
