Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Willing to familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission seeking

● to accomplish set goals and objectives

● Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database

● Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests

● Email & whatsapp conversations with potential leads

● Make potential leads understand our Products.

● Convert potential leads into customers

● Learning & using our customer relations management software & others

Requirements:

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to work under pressure

● Laptop is mandatory

● 6 months - 1 year of Sales Experience

● Willing to work in a startup environment (fast paced)

● Willing to work 6 days a week

Training Program
• Company will provide you 6 days CRT.
• 4 Days Classroom Training will be provided
• After Training there will be a test for product Knowledge ,Call pitch test and Working Structure test .

Work Structure:

Daily Attendance: Achieve 5 sessions, daily Basic Attendance Criteria.

Closing and Follow-ups: Ensure to close deals from your end and follow up with clients as necessary.

Session Attendance: Prioritize attending scheduled sessions, even during breaks, and ensure accurate session details are recorded. Attendance at all scheduled sessions for the day is mandatory.

Monthly Sales Target - 1.2L

Salary - 3 lpa fixed + 2 lpa variable (incentive)
