Billing Analyst

Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of billing experience
Proven ability to thrive in an environment that demands detail and accuracy
Knowledge of software such as NetSuite, SAP similar ERP required, QuickBooks, or Ariba
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities
Accountants One is working with a repeat client to help them hire two Billing Analysts
Track the status of in-progress jobs to ensure timely billing
Work closely with other members of the Operations and Accounting departments
Work closely with Project Managers to get the information needed for billing clients
Prepare detailed invoices for clients
Analyze billing for each project, confirm accuracy, and look for trends
Prepare weekly labor reports

Accountants One is working with a repeat client to help them hire two Billing Analysts.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of billing experience
• Project billing is a plus
• Billing experience in the construction, automotive, environmental, and hospitality industries is a plus
• Proven ability to thrive in an environment that demands detail and accuracy
