Overview

A dedicated mentor is a gift for ambitious students. Cindrebay is looking for gifted Fashion Designers with a passion for teaching to develop and mentor its students. Candidates must be up to date with current market trends, stay on top of new innovations and technologies in Fashion. Practical and theoretical knowledge of fabrics, stitching, cuts and silhouettes is a must. Good personality, the art of motivating students and leadership are qualities we are looking for.

Required skills
• Masters Degree in Fashion from a reputed institute/university
• Have a flair for teaching
• Proactive with a pleasing personality
• Should be good in following industry trends
• Should have good communication and presentation skills

Job responsibilities
• Help design and and fine-tune the course modules and lesson plans
• Prepare practice papers and industry visits
• Handle all classroom and studio sessions
• Should organise / coordinate workshops and events and fashion shows and events
