Job description
We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Animator & Video Creator to produce high-quality, professional animated videos for our brand. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually compelling animations that align with our brand message and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging and creative animated videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other promotional content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand the vision and translate it into compelling visual stories.
• Create storyboards and draft animations for approval before final production.
• Design and animate characters, motion graphics, typography, and visual effects as needed.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on animations to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Manage the entire video production process, from conceptualization to final editing and delivery.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality animations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, animation techniques, and software.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in animation and video production, with a strong portfolio of animated content.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
• Strong understanding of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Solid knowledge of animation principles, including timing, movement, and pacing.
• Ability to create both 2D and 3D animations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent creativity, storytelling, and conceptualization skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 800 days
Pay: ₹800.00 per day

Job Description
• Expert ability to interpret and advise on accessibility standards, principles, techniques, and best practices (including WCAG 2.2, Revised Sec 508, WAI-ARIA, ATAG )
• Expert knowledge of how applicable WCAG 2.1 success criteria map to development requirements for Web, iOS, and Android applications.
• Good understanding of Web Content and Mobile Accessibility Standards and Laws
• Proficient in understanding and authoring test strategies and plans for WAI-ARIA
• Proficient in carrying out comprehensive Accessibility testing of Web and Mobile applications including keyboard navigation, screen readers and color contrast tools
• Usability testing – Good understanding of Simulations, Animations, Interactive content etc.
• Applying accessibility knowledge to a wide range of products, including mobile applications, Web applications, and Simulations/Animations
• Writing VPAT documents & ACCR reports
• Knowledge of how people with a variety of disabilities use assistive technologies (e.g., screen reader, screen magnifier, keyboard-only access) and the ability to analyze the impact of a barrier to accessibility.
• Written and verbal communication skills - able to present status, facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, convincing, and organized manner
• Flexibility and adaptability - able to quickly and smoothly change direction based upon stakeholder or management direction, while remaining extremely organized and following tight deadlines
• Good knowledge around (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
• Communicate job-related challenges and opportunities with promptness and clarity
• Certified CPACC or DHS
