Front of House Host -Lyle House Care Home, Roehampton London SW15, Part of the Country Court Family

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant / Front of House Host at Lyle House, where you will be providing a 5 Restaurant and customer service experience within our home to our residents

Recently renovated throughout, Lyle House Care Home in Roehampton offers specialist residential and dementia care across 4 floors of luxury facilities. Our amazing staff led by the manager create a comforting routine for the residents and keep them safe & secure.

ABOUT THE FRONT OF HOUSE HOST ROLE:
Within your role as Front of House Host, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Serving residents their meals, snacks & beverages
• Replenish all snack stations
• Clean up after all meals
• Re-lay tables & cloths
• Cleaning the dining/kitchen areas

ABOUT YOU:

• Excellent Customer service skills
• Good knowledge & experience in the food/restaurant Industry
• Knowledge of COSHH & health & safety standards
• Have a friendly & caring attitude
• Able to engage well with the residents and their families
• Understanding of people with Dementia
• Able to work independently & as a team
