ROR Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer with hands-on experience in GraphQL, RSpec, Grape, and microservices architecture. As part of our dynamic team, you will develop scalable backend applications, work on designing APIs, and help us implement efficient microservice-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and maintain robust backend systems using Ruby on Rails.
• Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Build modular and scalable microservices using Grape and other frameworks.
• Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Use RSpec to create and maintain a robust automated testing suite.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to create user-focused solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications and services.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency with GraphQL, designing schemas, and working with GraphQL queries and mutations.
• Experience with RSpec for unit and integration testing.
• Strong knowledge of Grape or similar API frameworks for building microservices.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,368.16 - ₹62,738.55 per month
