Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter at MERNPLUS in Jaipur. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, technical recruiting, and general recruiting tasks to ensure the seamless acquisition of top tech talent.

Qualifications
• Manage full cycle of recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance and candidate joining.
• Source top talent through various channels
• Having good knowledge of US Visa & Tax Terms((W2, C2C, 10++)
• Graduate( Any Stream)
• 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter with a proven track record of success in placing IT professionals in the USA and/or Canada.

In-depth understanding of the IT recruitment landscape across US.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships across time zones.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working remotely.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with USA and Canada employment regulations and work cultures is a plus.
