Role: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Sprinto, you'll be a key player in our collaborative team, solving complex problems across the full stack. With at least five years of experience, you'll guide architectural decisions, mentor peers, and ensure projects progress efficiently without over-engineering.

Responsibilities:
• Lead technical and architectural decisions.
• Work seamlessly across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Solve business challenges with informed trade-offs.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of programming experience.
• Expertise in both frontend and backend development.
• Leadership in technical challenges.
• Familiarity with our tech stack (Node.js, React, etc.) is a bonus.
