Experience Required:
• Total Experience:
• C1: 12 to 15 years
• C2: 15 to 18 years
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 10 years in service assurance, network management, or OSS/BSS systems within the telecom domain.

Mandatory Skills:
• Service assurance expertise in the telecom domain.

Good to Have Skills:
• Experience with SDN/NFV, 5G, or IoT technologies.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise architecture development for telecom service assurance.
• Align service assurance strategies with business and technological goals.
• Design and implement comprehensive service assurance solutions.
• Architect solutions for fault, performance, and customer experience management.
• Integrate solutions with telecom networks and IT systems.
• Ensure real-time monitoring and automated management.
• Stay updated with trends and emerging technologies (AI/ML for predictive analytics).

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of telecom experience in service assurance or network management.
• Proven expertise in architecting large-scale service assurance solutions.
• Strong knowledge of telecom networks and service assurance tools.

Preferred Certifications:
• TOGAF, ITIL, or TM Forum Certified.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
