About the job

Role & Responsibilities

Develop a data-driven product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user priorities.

Manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.

Communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to cross-functional teams.

Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.

Track progress and measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention.

Track product adoption and growth metrics, and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.

Proactively research and identify emerging trends in the industry and competitive landscape

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven success in driving product growth in a startup or fast paced environment.

Strong understanding of software(design / engineering) or SaaS products, programming experience is a must.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Proven ability to translate business objectives into user-centric product requirements.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills (pref with engineering teams), with the ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams.

Growth mindset and a passion for building innovative products.

Candidates from Tier 1 institutions will be preferred
