Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Information Technology Support Technician at Acadiana Network Solutions in Lafayette, Louisiana Metropolitan Area. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, offering printer support, and performing computer repairs. They will also assist with help desk tech support, hardware maintenance, and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Desktop Computers and Printer Support skills
- Computer Repair knowledge
- Experience in Help desk tech support
- Knowledge of hardware maintenance and repair
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certification like CompTIA A+ or similar
