Roles And Responsibilities

Legal Drafting, Hindi and English Drafting Experience, Attending courts for representing and supporting Victim, accompanying and assisting accused Male (actual victim) to defend his rights in Police Station, Guide accused about his rights in 4+8a, Domestic Violence, Sec-125, Divorce Petition, Section + , Maintenance cases, Counter Cases to defend and assist falsely accused in getting justice, Assisting Victim in Child Custody cases

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have Rajasthan Bar Council License

Worked/Interned with senior advocate/s in Matrimonial, Civil and criminal matters.

Should be able to maintain Victim's privacy and confidentiality with professional ethics

Should know courts working and how court filing system works

Should be able to travel out-city depending on the situation

Experience in 4+8a , Domestic Violence, Sec-125 , Divorce Petition, Section + ,Maintenance cases

201+ or before batch law practitioners preferred.
