Software Tester Trainer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Testing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring software testers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-depth training on software testing concepts, techniques, and tools, including manual and automated testing.
Develop course materials, including tutorials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and webinars for students or corporate clients.
Mentor and guide students to solve real-world testing challenges and apply best practices.
Stay updated with the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry trends.
Assist in the certification process by preparing students for software testing certification exams (e.g., ISTQB).
Required Skills:

Proficiency in manual and automated testing methods.
Hands-on experience with popular software testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, QTP, TestRail, etc.
Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) used in automated testing.
Experience with test case management and bug-tracking systems.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in software testing.
Prior experience as a trainer or educator is a plus.
Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) preferred.
