Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging soft skills training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Develop customized training modules based on organizational needs.
• Assess and evaluate participants' progress during and after training sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant content into training programs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer for a minimum of 1 Year exp.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training content to various learning styles.
• Comfortable with remote work and available for part-time engagements.
• Adept at using virtual communication tools for training delivery.

Payment Structure
• Compensation will be on a class basis.
• Details of the payment structure will be discussed during the GMeet Interview.
