About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Temporary Staff Recruiter to play a pivotal role in our Healthcare Staffing Division. Your mission is to provide comprehensive recruitment support, and this role will commence as an individual contributor with the potential to progress into a Manager role based on your performance. This is a 100% remote opportunity but you must be based in the USA. Attractive base salary + no cap commission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop leads using sourcing initiatives, social media promotion, conducting phone interviews, and implementing a high-volume outbound call strategy.
• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System, Job Boards, social media, and other platforms to identify healthcare professionals and Nurses for Travel and Per-Diem... job placements, including NPs, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and various allied positions.
• Cultivate relationships with Healthcare candidates/ Nurses and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to foster enduring partnerships.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure candidate suitability and coordinate client interviews.

Experience:
• Ideal candidate would have a track record of 4+ years in a Healthcare Staffing Agency Setting.
