Role Description
• Reconciled financial discrepancies, managed books and inventory records, prepared agreements, purchase orders, and business correspondence.
• Handled accounting through Intuit QuickBooks & Zoho Books, documented domestic and export invoices, and managed company expenses.
• Organized office for efficiency, maintained calendars, and built positive client relationships. Organized financial records, prepared forecasts, and managed overall business records.
• Facilitated bulk payments, reconciled GST records, resolved sales tax liabilities, managed petty cash, prepared TDS records, and guided employees on tax reduction strategies.
• Prepared salary annexure, managed payroll, EPF, ESIC, and income tax deductions. Submitted monthly EPF and ESIC challan payments, monitored attendance, and provided guidance on company policies and benefits.
• Created and shared monthly invoices, tracked overdue payments, and submitted GSTR1 over GST portal.
• Must aware with hiring process, payroll management.
