OTE £20,000 – £25,000 P/year

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Watford area and beyond.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and areas for expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients and drive business growth.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives, and regularly report on progress to senior management.

Marketing Specialist Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related role, preferably within the UK market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute plans to drive results.
• Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
