Our client is a leading name in the luxury watch industry, specializing in the buying and selling of high-end timepieces. With a reputation for exceptional service and expertise, they cater to discerning clients seeking the finest watches on the market. Located in Mayfair, London, they are growing rapidly and are now looking for two talented individuals to join our team in key sales roles.

The ideal candidates will excel in converting inbound leads through email, social media, and phone interactions in the luxury goods market.

Your role will involve qualifying luxury clients, guiding them through the sales process, and closing deals, while maintaining strong client relationships.

What will you be doing?
• Convert inbound leads from email, social media, and phone inquiries
• Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients
• Close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
• Build lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service
• Stay updated on industry trends and watch market insights
• Maintain an organised and up-to-date CRM system
• Engage with prospects across various sales platforms

What will you bring to the party?
• 2+ years of inbound sales experience
• Experience in selling luxury goods
• Previous experience building rapport with luxury clients
• Must be able to commute to Mayfair, London
• Proficiency with CRM tools
• Proven success in lead conversion and sales
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Self-motivated and target-driven
