Job Overview: The Accounting Assistant reports to the Finance and Dept. Manager; Performs input of both Account Payables and Account Receivables for some Caribbean Island locations; Processes and posts customer deposits and payments; Reviews and reconciles Customer statements and updates reports with any discrepancies or outstanding aging due for Manager. Communicates with customers as needed.

Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets is needed. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus but not required. Will train on software; any knowledge of Logistics industry is a plus.
