Qualifications
BA/BS in human resources, business, or related field required
10+ years of experience in human resources
2+ years of experience leading small teams
PHR/SPHR Certification a strong plus

Enforces a performance driven culture through the development and implementation of consistent Performance Management coaching and counseling techniques
Partner with Business leaders to continually evaluate Human Resources policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Participates in revision and development of new policies and procedures as needed
Works to ensure HR practices are aligned with business needs
Assist with implementation of long-term HR initiatives aligned with the business’s strategic agenda
Deliver HR service to employees and clients to support company standards within an employee-oriented organizational culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance
Improve the performance of employees by enabling a strong leadership and coaching culture
Works closely with leadership team to administer and enforce the corporate policies and programs related to HR
Assists in the development and implementation of the performance management cycle
