Responsibilities
• Create and prepare high-quality dishes using locally-sourced fresh ingredients.
• Stay up-to-date with culinary trends to continuously innovate our menu offerings.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control without compromising on quality.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-quality, independent restaurant or similar setting.
• Exceptional culinary skills with a strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Passion for food and creativity in crafting unique and innovative dishes.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to excellence and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
