Bookkeeper

Job description
Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or database then filing hard copies

Periodic reviews of clients files to ensure that information is being recorded correctly

Preparing employee wages

Calculating liabilities such as PAYE and VAT & ensuring RTI requirements are met

Ensuring your clients meet all their filing deadlines, providing reminders to clients where necessary.

What we are looking for:
Part of full qualified AAT/ ATT/ ICB Accountant/ Bookkeeper
Proven background and experience in bookkeeping and accounts record keeping
Advanced Excel skills
Accuracy and attention to detail with good time management and organisation skills
Knowledge of HMRC guidelines
Knowledge of Russian language is important.
