Job description

Key Responsibilities:
• Infoblox Management: Provide L3 level expertise in Infoblox, including DNS, DHCP, and IP management. Ensure the stability and performance of the DDI infrastructure.
• F5 Support: Apply L2 level experience to manage and troubleshoot F5 technologies, including load balancers and application delivery controllers.
• DDI Product Support: Offer technical support and maintenance for DDI products, addressing issues and ensuring optimal performance.
• Operational Excellence: Engage in operations-related tasks, including system monitoring, incident response, and process improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to align DDI solutions with business needs.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Qualifications:
• Experience: 7-10 years of total IT experience, with 4-5 years specifically in Infoblox and DDI products.
• Infoblox Expertise: Demonstrated L3 level experience with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP management.
• F5 Knowledge: L2 level experience with F5 technologies.
• Support Skills: Proven ability to support and manage DDI products effectively.
• Operational Skills: Experience with operations, including system monitoring and incident management.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Infoblox, F5, or related technologies are a plus (e.g., Infoblox Certified Network Automation Engineer, F5 Certified Technology Specialist).
