Job description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team and help us expand our customer base and market presence.

Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Actively seek out and engage with new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media
• .Build and maintain strong relationships with current & potential clients and partners.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Conduct market analysis & market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the other team to create and execute campaigns that drive business growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Simultaneous contribution in R&D and other required projects like gathering/maintaining a database.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preferred if it's in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Tools like Zoominfo, Market Research Tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Hours: US Shift / PST Shift
