As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Technical Fashion Designer to join our team and take the lead on product development, sizing and grading, and overall production processes.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Fashion Designer with a deep expertise in fit, size, and grading. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in creating CAD designs, tech packs, and size charts. You will play a critical role in ensuring our garments fit perfectly across all sizes and will work closely with our production team to execute designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed CAD drawings for new designs and products.
- Develop and manage tech packs, ensuring they contain all necessary details for production.
- Take the lead on sizing and grading garments, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all sizes.
- Develop and maintain size charts, with a focus on fit for different body types.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to resolve any issues related to fit and grading during the product development process.
- Communicate with factories to ensure clear understanding of tech packs, sizing, and fit expectations.
- Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to troubleshoot any technical issues related to fit, grading, and construction.
- Assist in the product development process from initial concept through to final production.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Fashion Designer in the apparel industry, with a strong emphasis on fit and size expertise.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO, or similar programs).
- Strong knowledge of tech packs, including construction details, bill of materials, and grading rules.
- Deep understanding of fit, sizing, and the ability to grade garments across multiple sizes.
- Experience working in product development and production processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring garments fit perfectly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $21.37 - $24.60 per hour
